Located in downtown Redmond, the Tipsy Cow is your best bet for the kind of milkshake to write home about. Offerings here include Bananas Foster, Salted Caramel, Caffe Mochashake and more. You might to plan on two straws on that shake, Tipsy Cow's are quite indulgent.
