Take pictures with Santa, his reindeer, and his sleigh at the Issaquah Reindeer Festival!

Santa and his reindeer set up shop at the Cougar Mountain Zoo

The Issaquah Reindeer Festival returns to the Cougar Mountain Zoo on Dec. 1 this year! This is your chance to participate in the most unique annual holiday celebration in the Northwest. Fill your heart with holiday cheer, spend time with loved ones in an exciting atmosphere, and visit with Santa, his reindeer, and the other animals at the zoo!

Guests can visit the zoo for the Reindeer Festival between Dec. 1 and Dec. 23, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day! Take pictures with Santa, his reindeer, and his sleigh, plus enjoy holiday-themed refreshments, holiday decorations throughout the zoo, write down your wish list for the year and send it to the North Pole, hear from Santa's elves during Story Time, get some festive face paint, and much more! This is one of the best places to build timeless memories this holiday season.

The festival closes for Dec. 24 and Dec. 25 because Santa and his elves are hard at work for the big day, but then the festival reopens from Dec. 26 to Dec. 30, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day. Santa will stay back at the North Pole, but you can still enjoy all of the other attractions and take pictures with one of Santa's reindeer instead.

As a holiday bonus, your price of admission for the festival includes admission to the zoo! Reindeer are the popular animal around this time of year, and you can see Siberian reindeer at the Cougar Mountain Zoo, but there are so many other animals who would love to show off and see your smiling face too. Come visit the Bengal tiger, gray wolf, swamp wallaby, many kinds of birds, and of course, the cougar!

Ready to celebrate with your family and friends? Use the calendar to reserve your entry tickets and time. You don't want to miss the Reindeer Festival and all the holiday magic it has to offer!
