Tinte Cellars hosts drive for Seattle Children's Behavioral Health Crisis Care Clinic

Washington's award-winning Tinte Cellars, which has tasting rooms in Georgetown and Woodinville, has a special motto and company mission: "Great Wine for the Greater Good."

With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, the family-owned winery collective is currently raising funds and awareness to support the mental health of children and teens in our community. Throughout May, Tinte Cellars is hosting a donation drive to support Seattle Children’s Behavioral Health Crisis Care Clinic (BHCCC).

BHCCC "provides world-renowned care to children and families experiencing a mental health crisis." The clinic offers quick access to crisis interventions and then connects families with long-term help suited to their needs.

Tinte Cellars recognizes that mental illness impacts an entire family when one member is suffering. With that in mind, they are also collecting gift cards to support families and caregivers during a time of mental health crisis. The winery is accepting gift cards in $20 increments to Starbucks, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and gas stations for these families to experience some financial relief or a much-needed treat.

Donations can be made online here or at any Tinte Cellars’ tasting room here.
