7 Pacific Northwest gifts Dad is sure to love

Father's Day is right around the corner - Sunday, June 20th to be exact. To help you celebrate "the myth, the man, the legend" - we’ve pulled together some gift ideas to help show dad some real TLC.

I think we can all agree that we've been cooped up for what feel like years. Time to take pops out into nature and return to the wild. For the adventurous dad, opt for axe throwing or fly fishing at Suncadia Resort. The axe throwing takes place on Nelson Farm, a perfect spot to spend the day. You could even pack a picnic or grab lunch at Swiftwater Cellars nearby! Fly Fishing is also sure to be a hit, in fact. - the rivers around Suncadia have some of the best fly fishing in the state. Guided trips to the Yakima River leave from the Suncadia Lodge and don't forget, a fishing license is required!

If you want stay closer to home, celebrate dad with the Market Brewery Package from the Inn at The Market, where he'll get to sample local craft ales at the both Pike and Old Stove Brewing Companies. Both breweries are located off of 1st Ave within a block and a half of the Inn at the Market. Package includes accommodations, valet parking, a beer sampler at the Pike Pub at Pike Brewing Company and a beer sampler at Old Stove Brewing Company.

If you're dads an OG sports fan, check out the vintage jerseys and athletic gear from Seattle-based Ebbets. Whatever team is Dad's favorite, from hats and sweatshirts to jerseys and flannels, they can hook you up!

Speaking of sports - did you know Father's Day lands on a home game for the Mariners? Take your dad out to a ball game at T-Mobile Park, they are even offering game day vaccines if you're in the market. First pitch is at 1:10 p.m.

Mmmmm....MEAT. Head to Double DD Meats, Seattle’s premier meat market and specialty foods store to pick Dad out some grub. In addition to alllll the meats, Double DD features the Northwest’s largest selection of hot sauces, BBQ sauces, steak sauce, marinades, dry rubs and jellies.

Book a tee time at The Golf Club at Newcastle. The property features 36 holes of championship golf, framed by stunning, panoramic views of Lake Washington, Mt. Rainier, the Olympic and Cascade Mountains, and the Seattle skyline. There's offering on-site for brunch and more.

If you're going to take dad golfing, take him in style with gear from LINKSOUL. LINKSOUL is a men’s lifestyle apparel/accessories brand (founded by Golf icon John Ashworth), that is more of a philosophy than a clothing company. The brand expands beyond “business as usual” by creating, selling, and participating as a socially and environmentally responsible company in the community.

Now go celebrate the father figure in your life, they deserve it!
