Yoga. Free yoga classes, hosted by Seattle-based Yerba Mate startup Yerbana, every Thursday through the summer until Sept. 2. Different yoga instructors will be teaching their style of yoga each week. Beginners and experienced yogis welcome!

RISE UP Summer Concert to Benefit SMASH. Stoup Brewing, InnovAsian Cuisine and Seattle-based band Smokey Brights are coming together for a benefit concert. The money raised will go toward SMASH (Seattle Musicians Access to Sustainable Health). The event will have food, booze and music — what more could you need?!
