We love our community on Instagram! It's a stress-free place to connect with amazing people and fun brands in the PNW. Our daily posts reflect picturesque scenes, cute pets and local artists, plus favorite places to shop, eat and explore in the PNW. For those of you on the 'Gram, you know Reels were reel-y big this year. So let's get into Seattle Refined's Top 9 Instagram posts that racked up the most likes.

9.) Everyone's favorite skateboarding, hockey-playing, rescue trick dog from Edmonds gets our #9 spot. We shared this Reel from DarrelTheDoge back on March 19, not long after the Seattle Kraken introduced team dog Davy Jones!

8.) We partnered with Roy Robinson RV Center in Marysville to feature some of their swaggiest rigs on the lot. Seattle Refined Assistant Editor Abby Luschei made a little guessing game out of this sweet ride:

7.) Go to space... from Tacoma! Abby got to tour "THE INFINITE," a space exhibit visiting the Tacoma Armory. It was out of this world!

6.) The only non-Reel post to crack into our Top 9 is something we shared from Seattle's own Macklemore! On April 18, the rapper and golf/fashion mogul announced he was joining Marshawn Lynch as new investors of the Seattle Kraken. The amazing pics include Macklemore and Marshawn clowning at Climate Pledge and feature Macklemore's adorable baby Hugo.

5.) Here's Abby doing what she does best: trying out favorite local spots like Oddfellows Cafe in Capitol Hill.

4.) OK so this guy Chris Watson in Tacoma created The CatLuminati and has gone viral on TikTok and Instagram for his wholesome "cat walks" that feature resident cats (and some strays) around his Tacoma neighborhood. It's peak internet content and, of course, we had to know more. Abby ventured out with Chris for one of his famous walks:

3.) A late contender swooped in for our #3 spot. During the insane ice storm on December 23, we got to enjoy a lighter moment. Martin Edlund shared this video of 12-year-old Maret who was scheduled to perform a grunge-inspired ice skating performance at the Kraken game that night. Here she is taking a twirl on the icy streets of Seattle:

2.) Coming in at #2, one of the most "Refined" Reels of the bunch... a new rooftop bar called ALTITUDE at the new Astra Hotel in Seattle's South Lake Union. We could rave some more, but this is one you'll just want to see for yourself:

And coming in at #1... Drum Roll, please...

1.) The Red Floor at Seattle Central Library. This library is an eyeful in many ways, from its shiny, angled exterior to must-see spots inside. But the show-stopper is the ALL RED hall on the 4th floor. It actually features 13 different shades of red and Abby went to capture it for us:

Honorable Mentions

So there you have it! Seattle Refined's Top 9 Instagram posts of 2022. We went strictly by the numbers on this one, but wanted to acknowledge that we didn't actually create #9, #6 or #3 on the list, so we are giving Honorable Mentions to the next three most popular posts that Abby created.

Billie Eilish at Climate Pledge Arena with a touching tribute to Foo Fighters' Taylor Hawkins

Spa Day at "Spa At The Lake" Hyatt Regency on Lake Washington in Renton

It's the little things.... Sunrise on Queen Anne

TOP 3 PHOTOS

Y'all thought we were done, huh? For the Instagram traditionalists, we wanted to highlight our Top 3 photo posts since Reels got all of the love this year.

#1.) May The Fourth Be With You: Alaska Airlines unveils "Star Wars" plane livery

#2.) "The Art of Banksy: Without Limits" exhibit in downtown Seattle

#3.) Lizzo herself at Seattle's Climate Pledge Arena!
