These bouquet-worthy flavors will be available at scoop shops and online through May. Here's a taste of what you can expect from the Flower Power Menu:
Jasmine Milk Tea & Chocolate Almond Stracciatella
Ice cream flavored with Jasmine tea from San Francisco's Red Blossom Tea Company, steeped in cream and sugar for exactly 12 minutes, then drizzled with almond stracciatella.
Pistachio Rose Water w/ Strawberry Mochi
Pistachio with rosewater white chocolate fudge ribboned in alongside butter mochi cake, then marbled with strawberry butter.
Rhubarb Crumble w/ Toasted Anise
Rhubarb is made into a simple crumble a la mode with dark roast anise.
Saffron & Honey w/Crystalized Flower Petals
Cream infused with Bee Local honey, marigold petals and saffron with candied cornflowers folded into ice cream.
Mathilde's Hibiscus & Coconut Sherbet (v)
Hibiscus turned into a spicy ginger brew, added with coconut cream churned into a bright, tropical sherbet.
