A Seattle pasta-maker is known for her colorful, quirky and impeccable creations. Linda Miller Nicholson is an absolute artist and her masterpieces have the added bonus of being delicious. Under the brand Salty Seattle, Linda shares her edible artwork and even holds workshops for others to discover the "colorful pastabilities."
None other than Oprah herself has discovered the wonders of Salty Seattle and added her valuable stamp of approval.
Linda's new line of pasta called Crocchi was chosen for the coveted Oprah's Favorite Things in 2022.
"I’m over the moon excited that you can finally get your hands on colorful croissant-shaped gnocchi from my hands to your dinner table," Linda posted on her Facebook page.
She even shared a helpful graphic so we can all pronounce Crocchi correctly. Just say crow and key: Crocchi!
