Outlier Seattle offers big-time burgers and show-stopping milkshakes

Outlier Seattle is a newly-transformed restaurant featuring a modern burger bar, local beers, a wide variety of fries, and over-the-top milkshakes. The new concept opened under the direction of Benjamin Davison, Director of Food and Beverage, alongside a female-led culinary team, including Executive Chef Ari Bobbitt and Lead Bartender Clarissa Brooks. Located at the Hotel Monaco in Seattle's Financial District, Outlier is a sure bet for a pre-gameday meal, night out on the town with friends, or casual date night. Their back patio features a gas fireplace, heaters, and lights strung about for a cozy, but modern atmosphere.

The casually polished menu features a curated selection of burgers made from local, all-natural, 100% dry-aged Angus Beef and is paired with an array of signature fries and sides utilizing ingredients local to Seattle. If you are a decided fry snob, consider yourself in good company as you choose between hand-cut, crinkle-cut, and waffle fries. And the choices do not stop there. Spend your night agonizing over whether to pick garlic fries, truffle parmesan fries or go all out with the Outlier Poutine. For all you locals, the garlic fries pay homage to those beloved classics served at Seattle Mariners' T-Mobile Park.

On the lighter side, start with the Kale Caesar, Beet or Greek Salad so you have room for a decadent burger and Instagram-worthy milkshake.

On the burger beat, the Bacon and Blue Burger is stacked with house-made pork bacon, tomato jam and arugula. It is one of the best burgers I have ever eaten in my life! Often with burgers, the toppings can be skimpy, the buns are an afterthought or the cheese overtakes the flavors, but not at Outlier. If you are looking for something a bit more refined, try a King Salmon BLT paired with Chimichurri aioli and arugula for a true Pacific Northwest flavor.

Now onto the main eye candy. Outlier's inventive milkshakes include unique twists on classic desserts, such as S'mores and Birthday Cake. Get your camera ready and prepare to be wowed when the milkshakes come to the table overflowing with chocolate bars, caramel popcorn, or even a Pop Tart. See the mouthwatering desserts here.

You can also choose from an array of locally-sourced beers on tap from local favorites like Holy Mountain Brewing and Stoup Brewing.

From gameday to date night, office parties or client meetings, look no further than Outlier Seattle when you're craving a fresh, PNW meal.
