They remodeled the tasting room, making it bigger and improving the bar, during the lockdown in 2020. Their spirits have a literary theme and every bottle is hand-crafted in small batches. And if gin isn't really your thing, they are currently working to produce bourbon and single malt whiskey in the coming years. The tasting room is open Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Tastings include pours of all five gins and limoncello for $5.
