Cocktail of the Week: New York Minute

Have you ever traveled to New York City? Well, whether you miss the buzz of the Big Apple — or can't wait to get there someday — the New York Minute cocktail will transport you to the Land of Lady Liberty in no time. This delicious take on the classic martini is slightly sweet, subtly tart and is a tip-of-the-hat to the many nights I've spent out on the town. Cheers!

  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Dry Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3 Dashes Orange Bitters

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, top with ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini or coup glass and garnish with a lemon.
