Queen Bee never misses an opportunity to mix up a new cocktail. So why would Valentine's Day be any exception? This year, she created the Queen of Hearts — a delightful mixture of vodka, sake, cranberry and peach. The combination is a little bit sweet and deliciously creamy — plus, its beautiful light pink color is perfect for the occasion!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. Cherry Vodka
- 1.5 oz. Nigori Sake
- 0.5 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz. Peach Puree
- 1 0z. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, top with ice and shake until chilled.
- Double strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy!
