Cocktail of the Week: Purple Sunshine

This cocktail is nothing short of summertime in a glass! The Purple Sunshine highlights the delicious flavors and magical color-changing properties of butterfly pea blossom-infused gin, pairing them perfectly with the bright and sunny flavors of coconut and pineapple.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz. Empress Gin
  • 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Pineapple Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. Coconut Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz. Triple Sec
  • Float with Empress Gin

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Mix all ingredients in a beaker and swirl to mix.
  2. Fill a highball glass with ice and pour contents over top.
  3. Balance with ice and use a bar spoon to float gin.
  4. Garnish with pineapple.
