This cocktail is nothing short of summertime in a glass! The Purple Sunshine highlights the delicious flavors and magical color-changing properties of butterfly pea blossom-infused gin, pairing them perfectly with the bright and sunny flavors of coconut and pineapple.
- 1.5 oz. Empress Gin
- 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz. Pineapple Liqueur
- 0.5 oz. Coconut Liqueur
- 0.25 oz. Triple Sec
- Float with Empress Gin
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Mix all ingredients in a beaker and swirl to mix.
- Fill a highball glass with ice and pour contents over top.
- Balance with ice and use a bar spoon to float gin.
- Garnish with pineapple.
