Summer is starting to wind down here in Seattle, and this time of year means one thing is always true — our region has an abundance of fresh, locally-grown blackberries. This delicious fruit is everywhere right now and is the perfect addition to Queen Bee's new Mountain Berry cocktail. We promise this delightful libation will have you happily sipping until the end of the season.
- 3 Mint Leaves
- 3-4 Blackberries
- 1.0 oz. Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz. Ginger Liqueur
- 0.5 oz. Benedictine
- 0.5 oz. Lime Juice
- 2.0 oz. Olympia Vodka
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Muddle blackberries and mint in a highball glass.
- Add simple syrup, ginger liqueur and Benedictine.
- Top with ice.
- Squeeze lime juice into the glass and add Olympia Vodka.
- Balance with soda water and garnish with a blackberry.
