Cocktail of the Week: I Dessert It

Sprinkle some fun into your cocktail repertoire with this delicious milkshake cocktail!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Cups Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 3 oz. Bourbon (or 2oz. Irish Cream)
  • 2 Shots of Espresso
  • 0.25 Cup Whole Milk
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend them together.
  2. Add ice and blend again.
  3. Pour mixture into a tall glass and top with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and sprinkles.
