The delicious Highclere High Tea Cocktail will transport you straight to England — the home of high tea! That's right. We're taking it straight to the U.K. with this tasty blend of botanicals and raspberry preserves that pairs beautifully with a light afternoon meal. Isn't it great when a cocktail makes you feel like royalty? This one is definitely Queen Bee approved.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. Highclere Castle Gin
- 1 oz. St. Germain
- .75 oz lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon of raspberry jam
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Combine all ingredients in your cocktail shaker.
- Shake with ice until well chilled.
- Double strain into a stemmed cocktail glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
