Cocktail of the Week: Golden Hour

In need of some cocktail inspiration? Well, as usual, Queen Bee has you covered! The Golden Hour was named for its beautiful hue, but don't let that fool you, this sipper is even more than meets the eye. It's a delicate balance of rum, Pineau des Charentes, sherry and maple syrup — an unexpected yet tremendously tasty mixture that won't let you down!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz. Dark Rum
  • 0.5 oz. Pineau des Charentes
  • 0.5 oz. Sherry
  • 0.25 oz. Maple Syrup

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
