Don't be afraid of the dragon — this cocktail is scary only by name. The prosecco helps bring out the fruit flavors to enhance the dragon fruit, while the bourbon brings the fire. It's a wonderful balance, just in time for Spooky Season.
INGREDIENTS
- Dragon fruit
- Bourbon
- Mint simple syrup
- Peach bitters
- Prosecco
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Peel and cube the dragon fruit
- In a champagne flute, add 5-6 chunks of dragon fruit, 1.5 oz. bourbon, 1 dash of peach bitters, .5 oz. of mint simple syrup and 3-4 oz. of prosecco
- Give it a small stir
- Garnish with a wedge of dragon fruit
