Kelly Sparks of Queen Bee Mixology loves pecan pie — it's one of her holiday favorites! Since it is so popular this time of year, she decided to base a cocktail on it: the chocolate pecan cream martini.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 1oz. Crème de Cacao Liqueur
- 1 oz. Pecan Syrup
- 0.5 oz. Rum Chata
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with a scoop of ice and stir continuously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a piece of chocolate and serve.
