Cocktail of the Week: Chocolate Pecan Cream Martini

Kelly Sparks of Queen Bee Mixology loves pecan pie — it's one of her holiday favorites! Since it is so popular this time of year, she decided to base a cocktail on it: the chocolate pecan cream martini.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 1oz. Crème de Cacao Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Pecan Syrup
  • 0.5 oz. Rum Chata

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass.
  2. Fill the mixing glass with a scoop of ice and stir continuously for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a piece of chocolate and serve.
