Cocktail of the Week: Bless the Bees

Lavender is an iconic scent and flavor of summer. So naturally, Queen Bee had to mark the season by mixing some up in a cocktail! Bless the Bees is a sweet and subtly tart libation that will be the perfect addition to your next summertime happy hour.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 2 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz. elderflower liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. lavender syrup
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 egg white

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and top with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled.
  3. Strain shaker ingredients to remove ice and do a dry shake.
  4. Pour into a glass and garnish with a lemon.
