HOW TO MAKE IT
- Step 1: Make Blackberry Syrup: Add 1 cup sugar to small pot, add 1 cup blackberries, add 2 cups water, bring to boil stirring occasionally, Strain into mason jar and let cool
- Step 2: Mix drink: Add 1.5 oz blackberry syrup to bottom of champagne flute, fill to top with Brut Champagne, garnish with sprig of rosemary and a blackberry
