Cocktail of the Week: Appletini

It's time to grab your beeper and an oversized plaid shirt because this week's cocktail is taking us back to the 90s! The Appletini was first shaken up in 1997 Los Angeles and has been welcoming people into the cocktail-loving fold ever since.

This mix of vodka, sour apple and Midori is the perfect balance of sweet and tart and, with just three simple ingredients, can be whipped up in no time. Garnish with a cherry or sliced apple pieces for a delicious and aesthetically pleasing happy hour delight!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 2 oz. Sour Apple Pucker Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Midori Liqueur

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Top with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy!
