Cocktail of the Week: Apple Pie Cocktail

Nothing says autumn like apple pie, and here in the Pacific Northwest, we've got plenty of apples. This week, Queen Bee is mixing up a cocktail inspired by this fall favorite. It's so good — it might give apple pie a run for its money.


  • 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
  • 1oz. Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 2 oz. Apple Cider
  • 1 oz. Half and Half
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Caramel Sauce to Garnish


  1. In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, whiskey, apple cider, half & half, a pinch of salt and ice.
  2. Cover and shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Add pebble ice to glass, then pour cocktail shaker contents over ice.
  4. Drizzle top of drink with a little caramel sauce and garnish with apple slice.
  5. Serve immediately.
