Cocktail of the Week: A Dozen Rosé

Nothing quite captures the essence of Valentine's Day like flowers and sparkling wine. So, Queen Bee thought, why not combine the two? The A Dozen Rosé cocktail is a festively-pink take on the classic French 75 and is so delicious it might just become a seasonal icon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Chilled Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Rose Cordial
  • 4 oz. Sparkling Rosé

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add all ingredients, except rosé, to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Top with ice and shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling rosé.
