Little Vicki - err, I mean Jill Whelan - is now 51-years-young. She's married, still dabbles in acting, and holds a new title these days - the Celebration Ambassador to Princess Cruises.
So who better to give us a tour of one of the Princess Love Boats coming to Seattle this year?
No surprise, with so much to see and do - like eating some good food catching an award-winning show or having a cocktail by the pool.
Like the Isaac: one-part White Rum, some pomegranate and lime juice - give it a good shake.
"The reason Isaac does 'The Point' is when we first did the show, we had to do the title shots," Whelan explains. "Where we stand there awkwardly for a few minutes while they put out name below. When he was doing it, he said to our producers 'This is uncomfortable to me,' and the producers said 'Just think about your first paycheck' and he went 'Ahhhaaaa'. And just like that, the Isaac is born."
But before we left the ship, I had a little surprise for Whelan...some old photos that dug deep unto the Princess archives.
And guess what? She's still a fan of the high seas.
"I grew up doing it, so I can't say enough about it, how much I love it," she gushes. "But also to have the sort of security blanket of knowing 'Ok, I'm in a foreign country - but I know where my home base is - which I love.'"
And what could be more amazing than a childhood spent seeing the world?
You can hop onboard the Love Boat too! Every weekend the Ruby Princess and her sister the Emerald Princess leave out of Pier 91 through the end of September.
