What ever happened to the Corpse Flower?

The Volunteer Park Conservatory is home to all types of flowers but this past summer crowds gathered for one very special plant. An Amorphophallus Titanum, better known as the corpse flower. Flora enthusiasts waited with bated breath for it to blossom and then... nothing. We check in with the Conservatory’s top gardener to find out what happened after this example of the largest bloom in the world refused to open. Take a look!
