Hungry for that pasta they made in the show? Here's the recipe for the very same Kale Almond Pesto Michael eats before games (it's soooo easy):
Kale Almond Pesto
- 1 cup kale
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1/3 cup toasted almond
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1pinch red pepper flakes
- Olive Oil to desired consistency
- Salt to taste
Toss with cooked whole wheat pasta & your favorite cooked proteins & vegetables. Serve warm or cold.
