It’s no secret that COVID-19 has created challenges for small businesses across the country. Many small businesses have leaned into selling online with partners like Amazon to not only survive but thrive.
In fact, more than half of everything sold on Amazon comes from a small or medium-sized business, and smaller companies have continued to grow with Amazon despite the crisis.
One of those companies is Bellevue-based nutpods. Founder and CEO Madeline Haydon credits Amazon for helping grow her business and connecting with customers online.
"nutpods is a delicious plant based creamer," explained Haydon. "We are just a wonderful new wave of coffee creamers that is free from all the processed ingredients of yesterday."
Not only is nutpods a top Amazon seller, now folks can see nutpods featured on the side of Amazon Last Mile Delivery vans, driving around the Seattle area. It means a lot to Haydon to be featured in this one-of-a-kind Amazon campaign.
"I was so thrilled when we found out that we were going to be featured on the vans," said Haydon. "There’s so many places to spend money, and having vehicles like that really helps us bring brand awareness. And it’s just another small way that Amazon actually helps grow small businesses like mine."
