Revolutionize your cruise experience aboard the Sky Princess

Luxury meets convenience aboard the newest addition to the Princess Cruises fleet. The brand-new Sky Princess, built in October, is currently hosting select media and paid guests in the Mediterranean with a series of voyages before returning to the waters heading to North America for its big arrival on Dec. 1. Then Sky Princess will embark on a three-day inaugural getaway from Ft. Lauderdale to the Bahamas and back.

The Sky Princess is the first ship in the fleet that was purposely built as a Princess MedallionClass™ ship. That means any of the 3,660 guests aboard the Sky Princess will have a vacation experience centered around OceanMedallion™ technology designed to provide seamless, effortless, and personalized service throughout the voyage.

The OceanMedallion™ is your wearable key to anything you want during your vacation. Considered a breakthrough in the vacation industry and a CES 2019 Innovation Award Honoree, the OceanMedallion™ device is complimentary for all guests. It features leading-edge technology that allows you to order food and drinks wherever you are on the ship, unlock your room, make payments, play in the casino, and more. You can wear it on a clip, sportsband, bracelet, or pendant, depending on what makes your life the easiest.

You won't have any problem making people at home jealous by posting your photos or video chatting from the ship. Sky Princess gives its guests access to the best Wi-Fi at sea with MedallionNet, offering Wi-Fi connectivity that's fast, reliable, unlimited, and affordable with an access point in every stateroom.

It's natural to get impatient as a vacation approaches, but a Princess MedallionClass™ cruise solves that problem, too. Through the OceanReady feature, you can complete all the pre-boarding steps at home and ship your OceanMedallion™ to yourself within 120 days of your cruise. Then you'll be able to board the ship faster and enjoy more time relaxing. And there are plenty of places to relax.

Dine at more than 25 restaurants onboard, ranging from casual to fine dining with menus inspired by the almost 400 destinations that Princess Cruises visits.

Lounge by two pools near dancing fountains and a top-deck bar, hang out in the infinity-style Wakeview pool and bar at the aft end of the ship, or soak in a hot tub.

Go on a spending spree in The Shops, which are continually awarded "Best Onboard Shopping" by Porthole magazine. Several designer stores are available, completely tax-free and duty-free.

Sit back and experience a Broadway-style production in the Princess Theater. The Star Princess will showcase the newest show, "Rock Opera," brought to life by special guest tenor and America's Got Talent alum Brian Justin Crum. It features costumes inspired by glamorous avant-garde fashion with a musical soundtrack spanning classic rock, opera, and musical theater.

Retire to a wide variety of stateroom options that share the same spectacular style and luxury of the Star Princess' sister ships, Regal Princess, Royal Princess, and Majestic Princess. The pinnacle of the room spectrum is the Sky Suite option, with expansive views from balconies that are over 1,000 square feet, the largest at sea.

The Sky Princess is the 18th ship that Princess Cruises operates. The fleet is expected to grow even more with four ships arriving between 2020 and 2025.
