Refined's John Prentice visited JonBoy Caramels in Ballard who has been serving up sweets in the neighborhood for just over nine years.
Two Seattle boys, Jon Sue and Jason Alm, came together to create the caramel powerhouse that eventually became their full time gigs.
Although there are seasonal flavors on rotation, you can find their standard flavors all year long. Fleur de sel which is their classic caramel, Whiskey and smoked salt, and Absinthe with black salt.
