Delicate, perfectly balanced, and a Queen Bee favorite - The Elder and Pear Martini is just like the name implies. In this cocktail, elderflower gin and pear come together to create a drink full of floral and fruity flavors. Serve it at your next swanky event to impress your guests!


  • 1.5 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. St. Germain
  • .75 oz. pear Puree
  • 1/3 oz. Simple syrup
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 4-6 rosemary leaves


  1. Add to shaker: Ice, 1.5 oz gin, 1 oz St. Germain, .75 oz pear puree, 1/3 oz simple syrup, .5 lime juice, 4-6 rosemary leaves
  2. Shake and pour
  3. Garnish with rosemary leaf
  4. Enjoy!
