The average cabin price in King County is $420,000

We’ve covered what seems like a million and one stories about the housing market in Seattle, but what we haven’t hashed out is cabin prices in Western Washington.

Estately, a Seattle based real estate search site, analyzed the median sale prices for all cabins sold in the past 12 months to find which counties in Washington had the most or least affordable cabin prices.

Topping the list is (drum roll, please) King County with average prices at $420,000, followed by San Juan County with $408,000.

As for the most affordable counties, we’ve got Grays Harbor County at $140,000 and Pacific County with $117,000.
