Is it just us, or is Magnolia quickly becoming the new Capitol Hill in terms of luxury homes? This one isn't as pricey compared to others we've profiled (still $2,748,000 million though), but is over 8,000 square feet of stunningness. Yup, so much so that we just made up that word. Kinda works, don't you think?
Five bedrooms and four baths inhabit the home, originally built in 1938 but has just gone through a "luxury remodel" by McBride Construction. Such additions include a wine cellar, master bedroom with fireplace, skylights, loft, vaulted ceilings, walk-in pantry, walk-in closet, and a total of four fireplaces.
That's right, it has as many fireplaces as it does bathrooms. We LOVE that (no fireplaces in the bathrooms to our knowledge, just to be clear).
