'Wicked' announces lottery system for $25 tickets, starting tomorrow June 12

Who doesn't love some good lottery action?

Last week the Paramount Theater announced that "Wicked" is will be coming to Seattle from June 12-July 7.

Many of us in the office have been pouring over ticketing sites, looking at prices and feeling our wallets cry a little bit. Sound familiar?

The good news is - 'Wicked' announced a day of lottery opportunity for fans to enter for a chance to purchase a limited number of $25 tickets available per performance.

Here's how it works:

Two and one-half hours prior to each performance, people who present themselves at The Paramount Theatre box office will have their names placed in a lottery drum; thirty minutes later, names will be drawn for a limited number of orchestra seats at $25 each, cash only. This lottery is available only in-person at the box office, with a limit of two tickets per person. Lottery participants must have a valid photo ID when submitting their entry form and, if chosen, when purchasing tickets.

May the odds ever be in your favor!
