Life is full of tough decisions, but deciding to visit Angel of the Winds Casino Resort isn’t one of them. Because this boutique casino resort has its very own brewing operation on site, you can spend the night gaming and enjoying some stellar local microbrews crafted from local ingredients.

210 Brewing Co
The 210 Brewing Co recently brought on Brew master Vincent Falcone, who brings over 25 years of brewing experience to the table. Having just launched a great new menu in the new dining area, the time was right for the brewery to bring in a new brew master, too.
Vincent has been busy, already launching nine different beers at the 210 Brewing Co. The Blonde Ale, featuring fresh orange peel and coriander, just won Best Blonde at the Seattle Bacon and Beer Classic. Other brews all follow in its path, leveraging their own fresh, local ingredients.
210 Brewing Co sources hops locally from the many growers in the area, buys honey from a very small beekeeper nearby, and uses local hop flowers and pellets in its beer. Beyond the Blonde Ale, 210 also now offers:
- Espresso Stout
- Pale Ale
- Diablo Red
- Honey Brown Ale
- American Lite
- Mango Wheat and Raspberry Wheat
- C-Hawk Bock
- And 210 IPA
Check out the complete beer list here and keep your eyes open around the 4th of July when Vincent will debut a peach summertime ale.
There are several great places to eat at Angel of the Winds Casino Resort, but the new menu at 210 Brewing Co might be the most exciting option on the table. It features local ingredients in Artisanal pizzas and classics like smoked brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, pork belly bites and BBQ ribs that fall off the bone. The beef, pork and produce, which is used in dishes like burnt bourbon apple coleslaw, is all grown locally.
210 Brewing Co’s beers are also integrated into the menu: onion rings are cooked in a beer batter featuring the Blonde Ale and dessert options include an Espresso Stout Flan and a flight of Craft Beer Floats. Good beer deserves to be accompanied by good food, and the new menu at 210 Brewing Co offers tons of tasty options.
Whether you’re more about the beer or more about the gaming, you’ll love the options available at Angel of the Winds Casino Resort. The hotel is comfortable and elegant, plus there’s exciting entertainment every night of the week!
