Where to celebrate dad this Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all of you hard working and loving dads out there. You guys are truly the bomb-diggity-dog. Here's how to celebrate the most important man in your life!

Smith Tower. Spend the evening at the Smith Tower with a self-guided tour of the museum and the Legends of the Smith Tower exhibits that provide a "fun glimpse into Seattle's colorful prohibition history." Head on up to the Observatory for a cocktail, some bites, and bomb 360 degree views from the observation deck. For admission to the Observatory and one old fashioned, it's $30.

Lincoln South Food Hall. Watch a bunch of dads go head to head in a burger eating contest at 3 p.m. First place wins a dinner for four at Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi on Father's Day and second place wins a family pack of steaks!

Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi. Ascend is hosting a Father's Day dinner at $135 per person with a three person minimum. The menu includes tons of delicious items like Amuse Bouche, Salad, Sushi and tons of meats.

Hollywood Tavern. This Woodinville fav is serving up brunch, lunch or dinner, whichever your dad prefers to indulge in! The menu specials include a brunch burger, Spring Venison Medallions as well as the Hollywood Tavern's full menu.

Ivar's Salmon House. Ivar's is upgrading their brunch experience with a line-up of salmon, crab, prawns and prime rib and will also have traditional breakfast favorites like custom-made omelets, scrambles, crepes and a build your own Bloody Mary bar! You can finish off with a chocolate fountain for dessert. The brunch is $45 for adults and $15 for children (under 5 is free). Brunch will be served from 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

The Restaurant at Alderbrook is celebrating dad with seasonal summer picks, Noble's Feast options from cornbread eggs benedict, house-made biscuits and Kurobata sausage gravy or black oysters Rockefeller, dishes straight off the grill including brisket, slow roasted suckling pig and steelhead with ancho rub and of course, a sweet treat to finish it off! Henry's Tavern. With locations in both South Lake Union and Bellevue, Henry's Tavern is serving up American classics, comfort foods and fusion dishes for Father's Day. You can also pick up a to-go grill kit from Henry's if you are interested in staying at home! The to-go kit will have five full racks of ribs, cole slaw, blue cheese dressing and BBQ sauce.

Tutta Bella. Dine at any Tutta Bella location for Father's Day AND for a good cause. Any pizza on the menu that is named after Italian men and fathers near and dear to the Tutta Bella family with donate $1 from each of those pizzas purchased to Operation Nightwatch. Operation Nightwatch is a non-profit organization that provides food and shelter nightly to 130 adults, a permanent supportive living space for 24 formerly-homeless seniors, and real support for people living outside and in area shelters. Sounds like a good deal to me!

Hip Hop Lobster Night at Marine Hardware. Listen to some funky hip hop beats while dining in Ballard's Marine Hardware! For $65 per person, the menu includes mixed baby greens, a whole 1.5 Lobster and for dessert a Lemon Verbena Panna Cotta! Hip Hop Lobster Night starts at 5:30 p.m. and goes until 8 p.m.

Salish Lodge. Get yourself some brunch at the Salish Lodge! The brunch is a four-course meal including a freshly baked pasty basket and a sweet finish of cakes, truffles, macarons and more. Brunch will be available from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Dining Room and will cost $85 per adult and $35 per child.
