Boats Afloat Show. This weekend is the 39th annual Seattle Boats Afloat Show on South Lake Union! There will be hundreds of new and used boats on display. Ski boats, wake boats, pontoons, trawlers, sail boats, cruisers and mega yachts. Also all of the gadgets, gizmos, accessories, and gear.

Saturday, September 16

Fiestas Patrias. Celebrate Mexico's Independence from Spain! There will be mariachi music, dancing, an art show, games, food, and craft vendors at the Seattle Center. There will also be a parade in South Park before the celebrations at Seattle Center.

Seattle Mini Maker Faire. Bring the kiddos to the best kid-friendly tech event at MoPop! If your kids are tech enthusiasts, crafters, or scientists then this is the event for them to come and play and tinker around.

Edmonds Art Studio Walk. Check out 18 private artists' studios in Edmonds! It's a free, self-guided tour and is an excellent opportunity to take a peek into the studios and talk with the artists behind them! There will be works available for purchase.

Dog Day at the Winery. Seattle Humane, The Seattle Barkery and Elsom Cellars have partnered to create a fundraiser to help displaced pets by Hurricane Harvey and Irma. You can do some wine tasting and there might even be some pet adoptions happening day of. Fifteen percent of wine sales from Elsom Cellars will be donated as well as $1 from each item purchased at from the Barkery.

Happy Tails Wine Walk. Here's another event involving my two favorite things ever - wine and pups! This event in Woodinville is a casual walk to 20 wineries, plus a dog zone with games, pet supply vendors, and a few food trucks for you and your fluffy counter part! Dogs are optional, but why wouldn't you bring your dog?
