Welcome to the Weekend Report - where we tell you what's up in Seattle this weekend, the things you definitely don't want to miss. Why should we have all the fun at these events? Thursday, August 31

Backcountry Hunters & Anglers. Hosted by Filson, this event will initiate conversation about uniting in the commitment to conserve wildlife. It is a sportsmen's voice for our public lands, waters, and wildlife. There will be several speakers including names like, Steven Rinella, Ryan Callaghan, Walt Niehoff, and more.

Friday, September 1

Bumbershoot. What time is it? BUMBY TIME. Bumbershoot is back and running all weekend here at the Seattle Center. There will be music from many artists with headliners, Lorde, Flume, Weezer and more. We can't forget about B-EATS, all the vendors, and comedy shows that will be taking place this weekend. It's going to be a weekend to remember, you better believe it.

PAX West. PAX West is an event that is dedicated to all things video games. Event go-ers will be able to play video games against each other and put on their best video game garb for the love of all things virtual. There will be panels of gaming community experts, tournaments, performances, and SO MUCH MORE. This event will run all weekend.

Ellensburg Rodeo. Head east to the Ellensburg Rodeo! Ellensburg Rodeo is Washington's biggest rodeo with live music, a carnival, and the Kittias County Fair! Yeehaw, yeeeehaaaw.

Evergreen State Fair. It's that time of year where all the state fairs start coming out! The Evergreen State Fair started last weekend on August 24th, but will run through Monday, September 4th. There will be farm animals, pig races, fair food, and all things entertainment!

Saturday, September 2

Vintage Aircraft Weekend. If you are into vintage crafts and mobiles, head North towards Everett for Vintage Aircraft Weekend! There will be vintage airplanes, autos, bicycles, and clothes as well as food, music, and rides! This event runs all weekend.

Bremerton Blackberry Festival. An event dedicated to Blackberries? OH, YUP. The Blackberry festival will be right on the Bremerton waterfront with arts, jewelry, fair hood, blackberry pie, and a Berry Fun Run if you want to do something active. You would find me by the pie, to be honest. This event will run all weekend!
