Most of the things we are previewing here, we will be at - so if you see us say hi! We're guaranteed to miss some, so definitely email us if there is something wonderful we need to know about!

Friday, August 24

Evergreen State Fair. The Evergreen State Fair begins this weekend and will run through the first weekend of September. There will be carnival rides, farm animals, and tons of exhibits!

Gigantic Bicycle Festival. This bike festival will run all weekend and will have live music, hand-built bicycles, art, food, workshops and films. You can buy camping passes and stay overnight all weekend as well.

Saturday, August 25

Stand Up For The Cure. Make a difference and have fun with Standup for the Cure! We invite you to join KOMO 4, Seattle Refined, and STAR 101.5 to Standup for the Cure. There will be stand-up paddle-boarding, yoga, instructor-led demos and clinics, live music, happy hour, and lunch!

Caras de Flamenco. So you like Flamenco dancing? Me too. Enjoy an evening of flamenco dancing at Caras de Flamenco! The show will feature both a visual and performance art show. There will be amazing live music and dance that will have pure flamenco energy, haunting music and captivating costumes.

Free State Park Days. Happy birthday National Park Service! In honor of their 102nd birthday, any Washington state park entrance is free! With the smoke clearing up this weekend, what a perfect day to get out.

Belltown Crush. This wine and beer festival will has wine, beer and cider tastings from over 20 producers. You can also watch some good 'ole fashioned grape stomping at 5 p.m., watch some live music, and get a bite at Bell Street Park.

Gatsby's Beautiful Little Fools. This 1920's boat party is all about Gatsby baby! The party is on a retired state ferry and will have a 14-piece jazz/swing band with a DJ, cabaret dancers, food trucks and a bar.

Lagunitas Beer Circus. Lagunitas Beer Circus promises three things - beer, circus, and music. Sounds like a hoot, eh? The circus portion of the evening will feature a burlesque show, aerialists and some "acts that you can't un-see." Color me intrigued!

HangarFest. This party at the Museum of Flight will have tastings of beer, wine and spirits with live music from two different bands, food truck fare, and different exhibits.

LeMay Car Show
. If you are a car buff, this is the event for you! Check out 1500+ vintage vehicles with an auction at Marymount Event Center in Tacoma.

Prideful. This second annual Queer musicians showcase will have a mix of live music and performances!

Sunday, August 26

Seattle Sambathon. Head on over to Seward Park to Seattle's Sambathon! There will be live samba music followed by a traditional Brazilian meal. Costumes are optional!
