Welcome to the Weekend Report - where we tell you what's up in Seattle this weekend, the things you definitely don't want to miss. Why should we have all the fun at these events? Seafair Fleet Week. HAPPY SEAFAIR! Seafair Fleet Week has been poppin' off and there are tons of events going on this weekend as well. Look for ship tours, blue angels, and more.

Seattle Art Fair. The Seattle Art Fair is happening Friday through Sunday at CenturyLink Field. The Art fair is "a one-of-a-kind destination for the best in modern and contemporary art and a showcase for the vibrant arts community of the Pacific Northwest." There will be showcases of art from all over the world, and will feature over 100 galleries.

Umoja Fest. This African heritage festival will have hip-hop and soul music, activities for the kids on Friday, a basketball tournament, food vendors, exhibits and a parade on Saturday. This event runs from Friday to Sunday.

All Weekend

Washington State Open. Head on over to the Seattle Tennis Club to watch 575 tennis players from all over the country compete in the Washington State Open! There will be matches going on both indoors and outdoors. It's free, but there will be food and drinks for sale.

Magnolia Summerfest. Magnolia Summerfest is going on all weekend long! This event includes a parade on Saturday at 10 a.m., live music, food vendors, a beer and wine garden, an art fair and tons of activities for the kiddos.

Seafair Weekend Festival. More Seafair activities! The Seafair air show and hydroplane race features hydroplanes racing on Lake Washington, the Blue Angels flying overhead in the Boeing Air Show and classic cars on display on Saturday. These events run Friday through Sunday.

Saturday, August 3

Watershed Music Festival. Watershed is baaack! Enjoy three days of country music out at the Gorge Amphitheater. Headliners include Miranda Lambert, Chris Young, Kip Moore, Zac Brown Band, Jason Aldean and more! Tickets on the Watershed website are sold out, but check out third party ticketing websites!

Adult Recess Seattle. Adult Recess offers a beer garden, food trucks, a graffiti zone, games like dodgeball, kickball, four square, tetherball, hopscotch, jump rope, cornhole, ladder golf, and giant Jenga. there will also be a live DJ!

Chinatown-ID Block Party. This block party celebrates everything Asian and Pacific American arts, culture and food! There will also be live music, a beer garden and an import car show on S. King Street under Interstate 5.

International District

Dog Days of Summer Wine Tasting. This Kirkland wine tasting event encourages you to bring along your best friend Fido! A ticket to the Dog Days of Summer Wine Tasting will have wine and live music and your pup will get treats and toys!

Sunday, August 4

Hurricane Ridge Bike Ride. Are you a big bike guy? Head North to the Hurricane Ridge Bike Ride! The Hurricane Ridge bike ride is either 24 to 41 miles car-free all the way up to the amazing mile-high summit in the Olympic Mountains.
