The "Jeopardy! Teachers Tournament" kicked off on Monday (May 25), and Seattle had a local competing for the grand prize of $100,000 and a spot in the next Tournament of Champions.
Lauren Schneider Lipton, who teaches health at Garfield High School in Seattle, competed on Wednesday's episode, and holy moly — she's moving on to the semi-finals!
"Jeopardy!" is truly one of America's favorite quiz shows. Millions of people tune in every week to test their knowledge with some of the country's most knowledgable people. And Alex Trebek? He's a damn national treasure.
