Seattle Film Festival tickets are now on sale

Tickets are officially on sale for the Seattle International Film Festival!

This year the festival is showing 440 films from 83 countries - and 14 U.S. premieres.

Multiple celebrity guests will be appearing to promote their films, like directors John Ridley, Richard Linklater and Charlie McDowell, and actors Elisabeth Moss, Mark Duplass, Laura Dern and Quincy Jones.

This year marks the 40th annual festival, and will run from May 15 through June 8.

Other notable SIFF news:

  • Opening the festival is JIMI: All Is By My Side, a biopic of Seattle musician/legend Jimi Hendrix, starring Andre Benjamin and produced by John Ridley.

  • The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Quincy Jones during the festival.

  • The Outstanding Achievement in Acting Award will be presented to Laura Dern and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

  • Closing out the festival is The One I Love, starring Elisabeth Moss and Mark Duplass and produced by Seattle's Mel Eslyn.

Passes and ticket packages can be bought here, and range from $50 - $3,000. Single screening tickets range from $7 - $12.
