Mask pop-up at Seattle Center features designs by local artists

If you need to up your mask game, look no further than the mask pop-up at Seattle Center this weekend, hosted by The Vera Project and Chihuly Garden and Glass.

Local artists from The Vera Project will be screen-printing their designs on masks at this pop-up for the next three weekends in a row.

People can watch the process (from a safe distance, of course) and buy a mask for $10. New designs will be offered each weekend.

Proceeds will benefit The Vera Project, which works to "sustain young people and the community spaces disproportionately impacted by COVID-19."

The mask pop-up will take place at the Seattle Monorail platform at Seattle Center from noon to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday through Sept. 6.
