Original cast to reunite in real-life Halloweentown to honor Debbie Reynolds

Did you love the Halloweentown movies growing up?! Us too!

Which is why we were so excited to learn that the city where the first movie was shot, is only a couple hours outside of Seattle, in a little city called St. Helens, Oregon. The town honors the movie every fall, and recreates the set in the town square (the dentist's office, the Jack O' Lantern, etc. etc.)

In fact, we went there last year and it was amazing.

But even MORE amazing is the little tidbit of knowledge we got from Kimberly J. Brown (who played Marnie Cromwell in all three movies) on the interwebs = the gang is getting back together!

Brown will be joined by J. Paul Zimmerman (brother Dylan) and Judith Hoag (mom Gwen) and possibly Emily Roeske (Sophie). The Cromwells will be participating in the lighting ceremony of the jack-o’-lantern in the town square, in honor of Debbie Reynolds, who played the beloved Grandma Aggie. Reynolds passed away late last year.
