Moms are easier to shop for than you think

Sunday is Mother's Day, a busy one for flower shops and card companies around the nation. While a nice bouquet or new pair of shoes is sweet - we asked a few mothers around Seattle what they'd be most happy to receive on Sunday.

"What I want for Mother's Day are sons that continue to be creative and imaginative. I want them to have that spark that takes them anywhere."
- Kathleen, mom of two adult sons

"I just want to go to my yoga class, finally."
- Kata, mom of two toddlers

"I'd planned to have a tea party with my mom and daughter. But now, my mom is in the hospital, so I just want her to be better. I just want to spend time with her."
- Sharail, mom of one daughter

"I have everything I want. I just want to spend more time with my kids. They're all teenagers now. But lunch at the Icon would be great, too."
- Heather, mom of three teenagers

"I want to be with my son, but he's in California. I'm 86 so I'm not picky."
- Guabalupi, mom of one son

"I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old. I just want some time to think."
- Michelle, mom of two kids
