Hey, hi, die hard fall fan here.

I love everything about this season. Everything. Pumpkin spice lattes - check. Crisp, sometimes rainy weather - check. Opportunities for adventure - check, check! Here in the Northwest there are multiple events happening every weekend, many that are pumpkin-inspired, because not only are pumpkin flavored things fantastic, pumpkins make for a ton of fun too!

So, grab that PSL and head to one of these coming amazing events:

Skagit Valley Giant Pumpkin Festival

Last year I took my kids to this event and ya’ll - they are still talking about the toad races. They laughed, cheered and begged to take a little critter home. Which we did not. But I did promise that we would return this year so they could race toads again. In addition, we’re all looking forward to seeing the giant pumpkins from area farmers (last year’s weighed 1300 pounds!), tasting delicious treats, attending the 11 a.m. “Bat’s Incredible” class”, checking out the hay maze and wandering through the nurseries gorgeous greenhouses.
