Our Top 6 fitness/wellness apps that are actually worth the download

Let's face it - when it comes to working out, most of us need a little kick in the you-know-what to get started, let alone keep going. I can't even tell you how many times I've downloaded fitness apps only to A) Never open them or B) Quickly forget I even had it on my phone.

Part of the problem is that there are so many options, it can be overwhelming. BUT:

  • They can make exercising (in and out of the gym) a much more organized endeavor
  • They can help hold you accountable and track progress
  • Some of them cost money but they’re way cheaper than personal trainers

So with that said, we went in search of the best fitness apps (that actually work and are not annoying). Here are our Top 6 Choices for 2020.
