Hello, Cookies: Our favorite cookie place, Hello Robin, has a delightful Valentine's Day Gift Tin ready to stuff any 9 cookies. The Cookie Monster told us that Hello Robin will have iced hearts and a special cookie called, A Red Hot Lover (a chocolate brownie cookie with white chocolate chips, raspberries and cayenne) as a sweet Valentine's treat in their shop on Capitol Hill.
