AQUA by El Gaucho. Talk about brunch with a view! AQUA by El Gaucho is hosting an Easter brunch from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at $69/person and $24 for kids 6-12. Menu highlights include Grand Marnier French Toast, Crispy Fried Chicken, Roasted Alaskan Cod and more! Be sure to call for reservations.

El Gaucho Bellevue. El Gaucho in Bellevue will be hosting an Easter brunch from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at $59/person and $23 for kids 6-12. Menu highlights include a carving station, a mac and cheese bar, an omelet station, waffle and french toast station and more.

The Lakehouse. Serving brunch from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m., the Lakehouse in Bellevue will be serving up their regular brunch menu as well as a special menu for Easter. Highlights include Green Eggs n Ham, Dungeness Crab Lettuce Wraps, Chicken and Waffles and more.

Miller's Guild. Miller's Guild will have brunch from 8 a.m, - 2 p.m. with their famous Miller's Benedict, House Smoked Salmon Benedict, breakfast sandwiches, Corned Beef Hash and mooore!

Local 360. Local 360's brunch menu will include Honey Ham Eggs Benedict, Rabbit Sausage Biscuit Sandwich, and seasonal fruit waffles. For dessert options there will be Carrot Cake, Macarons, Meringues, and Hot Crossed Buns. They will also have an Easter dinner with Nettle Potato Leek Soup, Grilled Carlton Farm Bone-In Pork Chop with Lavender Fool with brandy cherries for dessert. Brunch is served from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. and dinner is served from 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Eden Hill. Eden Hill is not usually open for weekend brunch but they are opening their doors for Easter! They will be serving up a three-course Easter brunch with an Easter theme. Think - duck, "tongue-in-cheek rabbit," including a Donut Dessert. Brunch is $50 per person and will be served from 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Dubar Room. Hop over to Hotel Sorrento and visit Dunbar Room for Easter brunch! The buffet style brunch will start at 8 a.m. and will run until 1 p.m. The buffet is $34 per person, $15 for children 5-10 years old. Menu items include Belgian Waffles, Salted Caramel Glazed Ham, freshly baked pasties and made to order omelets. You can also add on the Sorrento Benedict as well as a mimosa and Bloody Marys for $12.

Volunteer Park Cafe. After your Easter brunch why not continue the party with an Easter dinner? My thoughts exactly. The menu for dinner is Deviled Eggs with chive & smoked trout roe, Little Gem Lettuces, Herb Roasted Chicken with spring vegetables, marble potatoes, pan jus, and Carrot Coconut Cake. The family-style dinner starts at 6 p.m. and is $45 per person.

Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails. Head up to Frolik's rooftop for brunch! Starting at 8 a.m. and ending 3 p.m., Frolik will serve fresh PNW oysters, smoked scallops, smoked trout and smoked salmon accompanied with toast points, mini bagels whipped cream cheese, capers tomato, shaved red onion & cucumber as well as an omelet and egg station, wedge salad station and more. Brunch is $49 and you can add bottomless mimosas for $10.

Piroshky Piroshky. If you need to pick up some dessert for a family meal, Piroshky Piroshky is offering their Easter Kulich, a traditional Russian bread with raisins, vanilla, notes of citrus and then topped with icing and sprinkles. You can have the Kulich shipped to you or you can also pick them up at their Pike Place, Northgate Mall, and Westfield bakeries.
