Celebrate President's Day with Free Entrance to National Parks

Spring is in the air, people, and we have never been happier. Bring on those sun rays! I don't know about you guys, but I was literally compared to Casper the Friendly Ghost the other day - pasty as can be. Anywhosies, if you're like me and itching to get outside this weekend, head over to a Washington National Park on President's Day for free park entrance. OHH YEAAAAH!

If you are lucky enough to have a three-day weekend for President’s Day, the National Park Service is celebrating their 100th birthday by offering free entrance day at every national park! In Washington there are 15 national parks and trails named by National Park Service.

The fee waiver includes entrance fees, commercial tour fees, and transportation entrance fees. Other free entrance dates include:

  • April 15-16 and 22-23: Weekends of National Park Week
  • August 25: National Park Service Birthday
  • September 30: National Public Lands Day
  • November 11-12: Veterans Day Weekend

Have fun, ya'll! Go breath in that fresh air and soak in those rays. For more information, click here.
